At the moment, our Signal tubes are not yet fully recyclable. We are working hard to make our packaging more sustainable and more recyclable. You can sort the cap with the plastic waste. The tube may be disposed of with the residual waste.

Signal is a Unilever brand. In 2016, Unilever revised the packaging waste strategy and set a target of including at least 25% recycled plastic in plastic packaging by 2025. In 2017, Unilever also set the goal of ensuring that by 2025 all plastic packaging is fully reusable, recyclable or compostable

We are very sensitive to your interest in our brand. However, due to too many requests we are unfortunately not able to respond favourably. 

Yes, all Signal toothpastes contain Fluoride. Each package shows how much fluoride the toothpaste contains. Adult toothpastes contain 1450 ppm Fluoride. For children it varies from 500ppm to 1100ppm.

Fluoride is a well-researched tool in dentistry, and it is widely recognized for its anti-caries benefits. There is more than half a century of research that provide clear evidence that fluoride toothpastes are effective in preventing caries. All Signal toothpastes are formulated in accordance with European regulations and undergo a thorough safety assessment before they are put on the market to ensure the health benefits for the teeth without endangering consumer health.

Signal has removed triclosan from all its formulas since 2010.

Signal products do not contain any parabens.

No gluten is added to the Signal formulas. It is advised to swallow as little toothpaste as possible. The chance of a gluten intolerance due to the use of Signal toothpaste is negligible for this reason.

Due to too many requests, Signal teams are unable to intervene in schools. However, a free educational kit has been developed in collaboration with dentists. This kit allows teachers and school nurses to educate children about brushing their teeth. For more information, please contact us on our customer careline numbers

Our mission is to help parents and children get into the habit of brushing their teeth twice a day, morning and evening. To receive the Signal teaching kit, specifically intended for children in preparatory classes, you can request it through our customer careline numbers
